I would second this! My husband and I are in the process of relocating to Paris (from Portland funny enough) after spending the past few years going there for months on end. I feel like the french are much more casual, and practical, than how most articles and photos paint them. Lots of easy dresses, simple seperates and practical shoes. And they love a good accessorie or pop of color/print!
OR! I'm originally from the east coast, but got swindled into staying in Portland when I met my husband. Lol - I kid! It's actually beautiful out here, just ready for a change.
In the meantime, I’ll tell you what I do. I use Canva on my computer (I don’t make them on my phone) and get the paid version for $9 per month. Worth it for me but the free version is good too!!
